AS process period

The AS period will take about 3 weeks after product confirmation (receipt).

Depending on the product, A/S may be delayed due to parts stock-outs or over receipt of service requests.

Free service

Free repair or exchange of the product in the case of the defect caused
by material or manufacturing within the guarantee period of each product.

Paid Service

Paid service in the case of the damage caused during use of the product,
and material and manufacturing defects after the warranty period

When proof of purchase (receipt) cannot be available, the warranty period is
calculated based on the product manufacturing date.

If the manufacturing date is not identifiable, it will be fixed via paid service.
The refund of the product is only available through the place of purchase.

Warranty does not apply to defects arising from not only misuse or overload
but also assembly, mounting or use of products or accessories against written instructions,
guidelines and safety standards. In addition, it shall not apply to damage to your vehicle,
electronic devices, cargo or other persons or property.

Head Office Visit AS

If it cannot be processed at the place of purchase, you can visit the head office directly.
But if service requests are full, you may not fix your product immediately but leave the product.

The visit AS will only take place through advance reservation with the AS contact.
The receipt is not possible without a reservation.
